Located in the heart of Benld, Illinois, our distillery draws on over a century of Midwestern agricultural tradition. The same rich soil that has fed the nation for generations provides the grains that become our foundation — corn, rye, and wheat, each selected with care from local farmers who share our commitment to quality.

We distill in small batches, using traditional copper pot stills and our own recipe for every expression. No shortcuts. No rushing. Just the kind of spirit that rewards patience — and that we're proud to put on the map for Central Illinois.
